All about propane
Propane is commonly known as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or LP gas. It consists of a mixture of propane with small concentrations of propylene, butane, and butylenes. Ethanethiol is added to give this normally odorless product a scent so that a leak can be more easily detected. A mixture of hydrocarbon gases, propane is replacing fluorocarbons as an aerosol propellant and a refrigerant in order to reduce damage to the ozone layer. Varieties of propane include mixes that are mostly propane, mixes that are mostly butanes, and mixes that include both. Propane is manufactured during crude oil refinement or extracted from oil or gas streams. Many homes today heat their homes with propane heaters.

When in need for for a powerful generator
When high output and durability are required, a commercial grade diesel generator is typically used. This type of generator comes in closed and open options. The former is enclosed in a metal housing to protect it from the elements. The second type has no cover. Get one that has liquid cooling, as this type of cooling is quieter and has a more even temperature control.

About the torque wrench
A torque wrench is used to set the torque of a fastening nut or bolt with precision, when tightness is critical. Usually in the form of a socket wrench, it has special internal mechanisms. A torque wrench allows the amount of torque applied to the screw or bolt to be measured to ensure that it can be matched to specifications. This provides for proper tension and loading of all parts. A torque wrench also measures bolt tension indirectly, but this measurement may be inaccurate due to inconsistent friction between the mating hole and fastener. Measuring bolt tension or stretch itself is more accurate, but often it is only possible to measure torque.

Home improvement tools
If you're thinking of a home improvement project, first set up a diagram or chart of what you want to accomplish. Figure in the costs and look for any get-bys you can use to save money. Get-bys are those materials you already have lying around the house that you can use for your project. For example, maybe you have some plywood, bricks, stones, or other supplies you can put to good use. Be creative! Some of the tools you will need are a tile saw, level and measuring tape.

Shopping for a generator
If you're in the market for a portable generator, it's important to choose one that will deliver enough power for your needs. It is better to select one that will deliver slightly more power than you need than to end up with one that won't do the job. Since different models deliver different amounts of power, before buying you need to know what appliances you plan to operate simultaneously with it and how many watts they use. Wattage will be listed on a label on the appliance and in the user's manual. Note that the wattage required to start an appliance is usually higher than the wattage required to operate it. To compensate for variance, select a portable generator that can handle an operating load that is at least 10 percent higher than you expect to need.

There are different boom lifts available to suit different applications. Small commercial property projects will not use the same type of boom lift as huge top of the line lifts seen working along the road. Prior to buying a boom lift it is smart to access all of the requirements of the various projects completed by your company in order to insure that the lift you purchase will meet your needs. A good idea is to have a construction manager or architect as part of your purchasing team, this will help make sure you end up with the right equipment.

The best boom lift for smaller, but detailed, projects is often an articulating boom lift. A good example of this would be painting the outside of a peculiarly shaped building. If you are completing high-wire projects, like the installation or repair of windows on tall buildings, you would be better suited with a tall stick boom. With a tall stick boom you have less flexibility, but more potential height.
